Let’s go eat where Taste Takes Center Stage at the 40th Annual Food and New Product Show on Friday, September 6th at 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM at the Fairmont Orchid located on the South Kohala Coast here on the Big Island. At this premier food tasting event, plan your day with us with insightful updates on food safety, find out what wine pairs well with select foods featured by our Marketing Partners, and feast your eyes on the Suisan Food Challenge where 2 teams of culinary students face off with a set of secret ingredients for our esteemed group of judges to score based on taste, presentation, how well they sell their dish, and how well they use their set of secret ingredients. If you represent your business as an Authorized Buyer, you have an opportunity to buy cases from over 60 vendors exhibiting from near and far for a chance to play ground golf, and a chance to win a Grand Prize package with a combined retail value of $2,549 provided by Suisan’s Premier Sponsoring Partner, HPM Building Supply.
