Method 1.

- Open the PO via order header. Right Click on order header > click on edit order
- Check the Calendar View for open POs that need to be received
- Drag the PO that you are going to receive to the OPEN icon
- Inspect the contents of the PO
- Assigning a Door
- Once a PO is opened, right-click any empty area on the PO
- Receiver Options > Edit Order Header
- Click on the Appointment tab
- Click on the Door drop-down menu to assign a door to the PO
- Change Status to Ready to Receive
- Click on the Order tab
- Click on the Status drop-down menu and change status to Ready to Receive
- Click OK when Finished
- A window will pop-up with options to Stage Order or Print Pallet Labels
- Ignore the options and just click OK

- Open the PO via calendar view.
- On the Calendar view, double-click on the PO
- Click on the Appointment tab
- Click on the Door drop-down menu to assign a door to the PO

- Once a PO is opened, right-click any empty area on the PO
- Receiver Options > Edit Order Header
- Click on the Appointment tab
- Click on the Door drop-down menu to assign a door to the PO
- Change Status to Ready to Receive
- Click on the Order tab
- Click on the Status drop-down menu and change status to Ready to Receive
- Click OK when Finished
- A window will pop-up with options to Stage Order or Print Pallet Labels
- Ignore the options and just click OK
